I’ve used f(x)Bridge app to cross chain transfer FX from Ethereum to f(x)Core blockchain.
The transaction was Approved 6 hours ago at the time of writing (1900+ confirmations), now it’s already few days. The funds still are visible on ETH, but not on FX, like they never left, although cannot be used.
In Messages I’ve got only Approve transaction:

Is this normal, or something is stuck? Or someone needs to approve it manually?

Usually, for first time bridgers, the user need to “Approve” and then do the official transaction.
The steps are:
- Approve for permission
- Officially do the intended transaction
It looks like your tokens are still in your wallet, indicating that you’ve only completed Step 1. Please try sending them again.
- Do note that “Approvals” are a one-time tx so you won’t have to do it again the next time.

I can’t find anything to Approve. I think it was approved in the first time.
Second retry doesn’t work, it’s not detecting the positive balance anymore (it’s 0).

On the explorer, your tokens are still in your wallet so you can be assured it’s safe.
I forwarded the bridge issue yesterday but the team is busy prepping for Token2049.
I’m not sure if the web browser bridge for Ethereum is working but you can try via web browser as an alternative for now till the dev fixes it.

Going to f(x)Bridge, selecting ETH->FX, there are no assets detected to send, can’t even select MAX. To clarify, I’m connected to the internet.
The assets were visible when I’ve first used f(x)Bridge, it generated Approve transaction, since then, assets are no longer visible under f(x)Bridge and tokens were never sent.

Did you click the dropdown list arrow?
To see your list of tokens, you have to click the arrow and select the crypto you want to send.
beware of these fake support responses, the problem will or can be solved in the post here, there is no reason to go into a private chat, Please be sure your talking with an Admin or staff; their profile’s are marked as SO, if no identity marking on the profile do not message them!

Thank you, after clicking on the arrow shows the right balance, I was able to send the tokens via bridge again. Now it’s showing proper cross chain transaction.
I’ve top up more ETH just in case, so it’s enough to cover the fees.
