Not receiving transfers in coinbase

Hi,

I have transferred a few amount of tokens from f(x)wallet to Coinbase and the tokens are not showing. Any tips?

  1. Coinbase wallet address is correct (checked multiple times)

  2. transaction hash shows success

Any help would be appreciated.

Transaction hash is 0x981c441d4248c2214ca925df574bb1592095303ff5a86cdd68bde33ca38cf8a7

Did you use the bridge dApp over f(x)Wallet ?
Because from what I see (Tx), you just transferred tokens from account A on FxEVM to account B on FxEVM.
Of course, if you’re the owner of account B private key over Base, you can still retrieve your tokens using that key over f(x)Core.

But you can’t just transfer tokens from one address to another address without bridging if those 2 addresses are on 2 different networks.

Coinbase exchange only supports ERC20 version, it doesn’t support fxcore.

You need to bridge to the Ethereum chain before sending to Coinbase exchange.

Thanks for your response @FrenchXCore - I made the fatal mistake of not bridging to the ethereum network before sending them to acct b which is my Coinbase wallet.

Whats the best way to retrieve them if that’s what I’ve done?

Thanks @SCENE - unfortunately I didn’t bridge before sending them to my Coinbase wallet. Is there a way to retrieve them when that happens.

Are you the owner of account 0xF668846C223fB7D1dc014857Cd677d357c299ad3 (over Base or any other EVM network) ?

Did you transfer to your Coinbase extension wallet or did you transfer to the Coinbase exchange?

  1. If it’s your own wallet, you can always access it and bridge it.
  2. If it’s Coinbase exchange, then you might have to send them a help ticket.

Yes I am @FrenchXCore - that’s my Coinbase exchange account.

@SCENE - that’s my Coinbase exchange account.

If it’s a Coinbase exchange address, the suggestion would be to drop a help ticket to their official account on Twitter or email.

Only they can help as they own the address.
