I already had a strange filling from the announcement: “Organizing a competition in which an amount is promised to the winner (logo) but at the same time also promising a prize to what(ever) the community chooses is” !
This alone gave me a strange taste.
Why also a choice (and what is the) community’s choice?
To date I have not heard or seen anything about it (various entries), I also have not seen a community vote on this here either!
(What if these have a total different taste, what’s the use of that?)
To me and that is personally it NOW gives the impression that the logo was already (intern / decide) ready → comprehensive → KBW, … !!!
No problem for me at all, but if the communication is done (promises/dates are kept) well, then there is no chance of confusion, speculation or trust issues.
This is all I want to say about it,
